RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Original packaging should be intact where reasonably possible.
• All tags and labels should remain attached where reasonably possible.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may be excluded from returns where permitted by law, including:

• Personalised or custom-made items.
• Sealed hygiene products that have been opened, where applicable.

Sale and clearance items are not automatically excluded from statutory return rights.

How to return

Contact info@backtonova.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Pack the items securely, preferably in their original packaging, and send your return to the address below. Keep your proof of return shipment.

Processing and refunds

Once we receive your return, we inspect the returned items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your payment provider. You will receive confirmation when your return has been processed.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges

Contact info@backtonova.com with your order number and the item or size you would like to exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is unavailable, you may return the item within the applicable return period and place a new order.
